* Halles de la Fonderie
With some 2000 visitors to the Halles in 2017, the Café céramique (a project inspired by the ”Journées de la Céramique” in Paris) has been widely acclaimed by the public.
It is repeated this year in partnership with Teo Jakob, which has provided the layout and furniture, and the association Swissceramics, whose members have created affordable cups and bowls available for purchase – an original way of acknowledging and supporting Swiss ceramic artists.
The café is run by the association Trait d’Unyon.
The Halles de la Fonderie also host an exhibition, screening of documentaries, a lecture, a children’s workshop.
